Now THAT's really what I wanted to hear

Experts fear that the real estate market is going to bottom out.

That's exactly what you want to hear when you're in the process of selling your house. Not to mention that the implied meaning for someone who just bought a house is that we bought at the market peak, and can now look forward to riding the real estate market plummet.

Damn - I'll be listening to Eminem and Children Of Bodom today fo' sho'.

So people will stop buying houses? I don't believe that. Maybe a correction of the prices, but not "bottom out". I'm sure that you're new house will hold it's value in the short term and increase in value in the long run. I'm even willing to bet a beer on that one (and I will honour my bet of one beer, unlike someone else here on this blogg...)

Are you saying that the credibility of honoring beer bets is inversely proportional with french citizenship, Anders?

My data sure seem to find that correlation.

Are you saying that waiting for a french guy to honor his promise is somewhat less fruitful than waiting for the mothership behind the comet, Anders?

Yes, there seem to be a strong correlation between french guy and not honoring his beer bet, but while I have seen many comets, I still haven't seen a single mothership. I don't know why, is it something in the french food?
