Today: "Empty Rooms" by Gary Moore:
Beautiful guitar work on this one, as can be expected from Mr. Moore. Not sure what the deal is with the video on this one either, and all I can hope is that neither Mr. Moore nor his contemporaries had to part with much money to the "video directors".
'Cause let's face it - most music videos absolutely suck, and the formulaic approach hasn't changed that much.

Great song, that even Anders might like?
...wouldn't bet on it
How much are we talking about here? For the right amount of money, I'm willing to become a huge fan of Empty Rooms...
;-)
Actually, the ballads of Gary are OKish. What I do not care much about, is his blues stuff. Even with Albert King backing him up, it doesn't do it for me. I, for once, like the pure rock material better.
WHI...
Meh, it's getting old.
White Knuckles never get old
Really? I can do that joke every time we discuss Gary Moore? I thought I at least had to mix it up with a "Moore is More" joke inbetween...
:-D
..only on alternate Tuesdays
Quick question for those in "the know": Has Gary Moore made a video, where he's walking in the rain, playing guitar and kicking the amp in front of him? Or something like that?
..sounds a little like his "After The War" video?
No rain or walking on the youtube video. Just GM and the band on a stage.
...my bad, then
Tnx anyway. Just remembered a video, and thougt it might be GM.
