LOL. Loved the Idar photo. ;-)

As I see it, you use Photoshop to give the photos a more artistic look, which is fine. I love some of those photos, especially the one in this post, the sculpture detail and Statoil Rosvol 1. One tip: When adding contrast as you do, you risk emphasizing small "errors" in the photo, like the dots in the sky on the Sculpture detail picture. I think the effect could be enhanced by editing those away.

The other way of using photoshop, is to try to keep the photo as natural as possible, but remove minor imperfections, like:
- Removing red eyes
- Using filters (blue for a cooler tone, red/orange for a warmer feel)
- Bluring the background to emphasize the motif (the pro's does this with the camera settings)
- Small editing (like removing the snot from my photos of the kids :-) )
etc, etc.

F*CK! Didn't see the dots in the sky due to the computer screen I was using being less than pristine.

That being said, I do not presently possess the PS skillz necessary to remove said dots, so I'm screwed either way.

..and Idar is mine, so lay off! >:(

I'm getting a press kit together to blow that other bone collector out of the sky.
