This part of Trondheim is really beautiful. Looks even better in sunshine.

Sure. That comment wasn't to your photos, but more of Trondheim in general. Not too keen on the city centre in T-town, but Bakkelandet and that part you town is really nice.
Whaddoyamean???? Are you saying that downtown Trondheim isn't an architectural treasure on par with Vienna?
I'm saying I get lost there, because there are no hills or montains to navigate by. :-(

In Trondheim, yes. When I cross any bridge there, it's usually a sure sign that I'm lost...
