Seriously though - This tune rocks. You of all people know how few "proper" blues tunes I like, but this one is just about as good as it gets in the blues genre for me. This one, "Blue" with Yngwie, some SRV, "Just Go For It" with Steve Vai, some Gary Moore, perhaps a li'l Albert King, and Red House. Of course, Anders Boogie ranks right up there too ;-)

Actually, I think I prefer Yngwie in a more classical, rock kind of way. He does have an ear for melodies and for that de doesn't get the cred he deservers.
What happened was I've listened to different stuff the last week. White Knuckles is actually a cool straight-up song, in addition to its legendary live factor

Thackery might be similar to the SRV blues rock style, yes. But I wouldn't say that he's a SRV copy.
