Some really great unplugged versions by SRV.

What I really liked about the Satriana segment, was that he (and SRV as well) was really true to the concept of "unplugged" music. Several bands have pack in amps, electric pickups on the guitars (Curt Cobain anybody) etc, etc. But Satriani really did go naked. Even just him on real acoustic intruments and the drummer dude on a rhytmic egg(!) and a chair. Cudos for that!Andershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07766751546432262892noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5654649659503386270.post-42145616115798383432008-10-25T12:35:00.000+01:002008-10-25T12:35:00.000+01:00...seeing as how I'm a Brad Paisley fan......SRV d......seeing as how I'm a Brad Paisley fan......

SRV did a wonderful "MTV Unplugged" segment if I'm not mistakenWilhelmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08120996976638555064noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5654649659503386270.post-85666381998487688852008-10-25T12:33:00.000+01:002008-10-25T12:33:00.000+01:00...but you dig the banjo, right?:-D...but you dig the banjo, right?
:-DAndershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07766751546432262892noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5654649659503386270.post-90073320053120144002008-10-25T12:27:00.000+01:002008-10-25T12:27:00.000+01:00...Satch is Da Man and all, but the applause dude ......Satch is Da Man and all, but the applause dude gets for that just goes to show how easy it was to please an audience in the early 90's following Cobain's disastrous effect on popular music.Wilhelmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08120996976638555064noreply@blogger.com
